Beginning with an intense overview session where details about the company, your new job description,
our ways and systems and introductions are made, the program moves into more specialised training relating

Buddies are allocated to each new team member to ensure a ‘go to’ person is available for all of those
questions you will have! Your buddy is there to help with team integration, some training, but mainly

Ongoing weekly training sessions are provided along with weekly meetings with your team leader and a
representative from the management team. These meetings allow further questions and importantly, 360
degree feedback.
